A professional photographer & filmmaker, based in Chicagoland.

Sam Visions is the studio practice of SAM, a Chicagoland commercial photographer and filmmaker working with executives, brands, and property professionals who need imagery that earns attention and keeps it.

Nine years in, the practice has served two hundred-plus clients across Chicagoland and beyond, from solo founders booking their first headshot to brand teams running multi-day activations.

Everything you need to know before booking, from timelines and deliverables to travel and retouching.

For portraits and headshots, 2–4 weeks is ideal. For events and weddings, 6–12 weeks is recommended to secure your date, especially during spring and summer.

Solid colors and tailored fits photograph best. I’ll send a prep guide after booking that covers wardrobe, grooming, and what to bring for your specific session type.

Most portrait galleries are delivered within 5–7 business days. Event galleries range from 7–14 days depending on coverage length. Rush delivery is available on request.

Yes. I regularly shoot in surrounding markets and am available for travel nationwide. Travel fees apply beyond a 30-mile radius of downtown Chicagoland.

Absolutely. Every image is hand-edited for color, exposure, and consistency. Additional retouching, such as skin smoothing or object removal, can be requested a la carte.

Yes. I produce short-form brand films, event recap videos, and promotional content alongside still photography. Ask about bundled photo + video packages.
